Graham Gilmour

Founder & CEO of Enviromine Group

Graham brings decades of corporate experience from around the globe. He has established thriving businesses in the UK, the Caribbean, the UAE, and extensively throughout Africa. Leading numerous operations across diverse sectors such as Fintech, Telecoms, Finance, Payment Services, and Mining, Graham has a wealth of expertise.

Over the past 20 years, he has focused on his adoptive home of Africa, delivering telecoms broadband solutions to vast rural areas that would otherwise remain disconnected from the digital world. Notably, Graham was a lead investor and on-site operator of a significant gold exploration and alluvial mining enterprise in Sierra Leone.

Mylin Pather

Project Manager

Enviromine Resources has appointed Mylin Pather as Project Manager. Mylin has over 35 years’ experience in the mining sector, dating back to 1989. He has held senior positions with leading mining corporations globally, such as Anglo American, BHP Billiton, and Samancor Chrome. Mylin holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Physics and  Mathematics, a National Diploma in Metallurgical Engineering, an MOP from UNISA Business School, and a Safety Certification from Dupont.

Recognised as a leading expert in Chrome Beneficiation, Mylin brings decades of experience in non-ferrous metals, including copper, aluminium, zinc, and titanium. His passion lies in applying best-fit technology to support ore and tailing beneficiation, having  successfully commissioned WHIMS (Wet High-Intensity Magnetic Separation) and sorting plants at Glencore and Samancor Chrome, reducing waste footprints and recovering valuable commodities. 

We are delighted to have Mylin lead this project, confident in his expertise to deliver success.

Dr Richard Belcher
BSc, MSc, PhD, FGS CGeol

Consultant Geologist

Dr Belcher is an exploration geologist with over 17 years post-PhD experience in mineral exploration and mapping and has worked in a wide range of geological environments and commodities in the academic, government and private sectors. The last 13 years he has worked within the junior exploration sector.

Richard holds a BSc Honours (First Class) Exploration Geology from Cardiff University, an MSc Finance (with distinction) from Leicester University, and a PhD in Geology from Stellenbosch University (South Africa). He is a Chartered (CGeol) Fellow of the Geological Society of London (UK), EurGeol registered with the Federation of European Geologists and registered Professional Natural Scientist (South Africa).

He is a Competent/Qualified Person (CP/QP) with respect to mineral reporting codes. Richard is also co-author on eleven peer-reviewed geological papers/book chapters, as well as published maps and map explanations and numerous conference abstracts.

Mr Oliver Tors
BSc, Pri.Sci.Nat

Consultant Geologist

Mr. Tors is a Namibian geologist experienced in mineral exploration of multiple commodities (uranium, lithium, base metals, gold, tin, REE’s, etc) and deposit styles.

Oliver graduated from the University of Stellenbosch with a BSc Honours degree in Geology and after his studies worked at the Langer Heinrich Uranium mine as a Mine and Exploration Geologist. He has been working as an Exploration Geologist for numerous private and publicly listed companies over the past few years and has been fortunate enough to have worked in Australia, Portugal, Botswana, DRC, and on a variety of projects in Namibia.

Oliver has been involved from Greenfields exploration projects right through to Brownfields and active mine production giving him valuable diversified exposure. Mr. Tors is also registered as Professional Natural Scientist (Pri.Sci.Nat) with SACNASP.

Miss Potlako Gasenelwe
BA, MA, MSc

Corporate Social Investment and Responsibility Advisor

Potlako holds a Master’s in Science in Built Environment and Engineering from the University of Witwatersrand and Master’s in Arts from the American International University in London (Cum Laude). Potlako is an acute businesswoman who is constantly building on her accumulated knowledge across multiple disciplines.

As well as founding and running her own architectural practise, Potlako is a non-executive director for a regulated financial services firm utilising her astute analytical mind, which is illustrated in her high level of awareness around commercial trends and her careful understanding of client requirements.

Potlako’s assortment of academic distinctions is an apt representation of her interest and skills sets, in particular her love of Africa visiting over 40 countries across the continent being a true ‘Pan African’ adept at consulting and negotiating at all levels of Government both national and local as well as corporations and communities. She believes that in business one can never be satisfied with existing achievements; there is always room for growth.
